Nos gammes de fixations HI-LITE™ et HI-LOK™ sont les solutions les plus versatiles pour l’assemblage de structures, offrant un excellent contrôle de la tension d’assemblage. Les fixations s’installent facilement et, contrairement aux rivets classiques, sont serrées silencieusement par un seul opérateur. Gamme.
Vis HI-LITE™ (HST)
Les vis HI-LITE™ sont l’évolution directe des vis HI-LOK™. Ces fixations, utilisable avec jeu ou en interférence, s’installent sur toutes les structures d’aéronefs : ailes, fuselages, nacelles, etc. Combinées aux écrous HI-LITE™, elles offrent jusqu’à 13% de gain de masse par rapport à la génération HI-LOK™.
Vis HI-LITE™ avec empreinte ASTER™ (HSTR)
La famille HSTR™ est la dernière innovation de notre gamme. Elle offre tous les avantages des vis HI-LITE™, associée à une empreinte optimisée qui évite les casses durant le serrage. Ce produit est particulièrement adapté pour le montage avec jeu dans les structures composites.
Cette évolution est également accessible aux utilisateurs de vis HI-LOK™, avec nos vis HLR™.
Vis HI-LOK™ (HL)
Les vis HI-LOK™ sont la solution originelle pour des assemblages fiables et résistants. Avec un grand choix de têtes, matériaux et revêtements, elles s’adaptent à la quasi-totalité de structures. Cette solution, toujours couramment utilisée, peut être remplacée par la visserie HI-LITE™ équivalente pour un gain de masse accru.
Vis HI-TIGUE™ (HLT)
La vis HI-TIGUE™ a été la première fixation développée pour un montage en interférence. Elle permet d’améliorer la durée de vie en fatigue des structures peu chargées, en combinant une légère interférence de la vis et les qualités de maintien de la précharge des écrous HI-LOK™.
