Interference

Description.

PULL-STEM™ (HSL™) and PULL-IN™ (HPL™) fasteners have been developed to increase the fatigue life of shear loaded assemblies and structures, thanks to a safe and quiet interference assembly process.

Features.

  • Quick and quiet installation process
  • Interference up to 1.5% for PULL-STEM™ pins and 0.9% for PULL-IN™ pins
  • Suitable for metallic structures and hybrid (metallic/composite) assemblies
  • Up to 3 oversized pins available for repairs
  • Available with HI-KOTE™ stripes technology for lightning strike protection

Tools.

These fasteners are installed thanks to a specific pulling process, solving issues from pushing systems such as pin head damage, composite structure damage due to shocks, and installation noise. LISI AEROSPACE provides a complete range of tools, adapted to your needs, for easy installations.
