Description.
Manufacturer of aerospace components since 1981, we specialize in manufacturing hydraulic fluid fittings, nuts and custom parts to drawings specifications.
The Garden Grove site, acquired by LISI AEROSPACE in 2021, is in the business of manufacturing precision quality hydraulic separable and permanent aerospace fittings. We also manufacture specialty type fittings and machining parts in accordance with customer supplied drawings and specifications.

Flared fittings.
We are proud to manufacture AN/MS/AS flared fittings in all material types; aluminum, stainless, carbon steel, titanium, and even Inconel.
Flareless fittings.
We are SAE-AS18280 qualified flareless fittings manufacturer in sizes 3 through 20 for all material types; 300 series stainless, 15-5ph stainless, carbon steel, titanium, and aluminum.
Our qualifications include unions, elbows, tees, crosses, caps, plugs and nuts. We offer the traditional MS219XX series, the AS41XX reduced body-lightweight versions, the new precision type AS60XX series, NAS numbers, as well as customer specific designs.
Radially swaged fittings.
We offer the full product range of radially swaged fittings – SierraSwage™ – in 21-6-9 stainless, aluminum, CP titanium, and 316 stainless steel. Our “H/BE” part number series is approved around the world including Airbus, Boeing Commercial, Boeing Defense, Bombardier, Embraer, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon.
No need for any additional tooling, all of our qualification work was done using the existing manufacturers tooling.
Weld fittings.
The weld end can be either an integrated weld lip or a traditional butt-weld. We are SAE-AS1576 approved in sizes 4 through 20. We are the leading manufacturer of 4000psi weld to beam seal fittings. Weld fittings are available with either beam seal, flareless, or flared connection types.
Internally swaged fittings.
Our internally swaged to beam seal fittings are available in sizes 4 through 16 for both the male and female configurations. We are approved with Lockheed Martin on the C7555 and C7567 standards. No need for any additional tooling, all of our qualification work was done using the existing manufacturers tooling.
Beam seal fittings.
Our proprietary beam seal connection has been qualified to SAE-AS85421 (4000 psi) and SAE-AS85720 (5000 psi). We offer the full range of unions, adapters, plugs, caps, tees, elbows, and crosses in sizes 4 through 16.
In addition to the wide variety of SAE AS designs, we are always growing the number of approvals for customer specific beam seal designs.
